Use of this website

Content on this website is provided for general information about the holidays offered by 8DOTS Holidays. Itineraries, prices, departure dates, hotels and inclusions are indicative and may change without notice until confirmed in writing.

Quotations and bookings

• A booking is confirmed only after you accept our written quotation and the required deposit is received.
• Services are subject to availability with airlines, hotels and other suppliers at the time of confirmation.
• You are responsible for providing accurate traveller details exactly as per passport/ID.

Payments

• A booking deposit is required to confirm services; the balance is payable before departure as mentioned in your quotation.
• Accepted payment modes: bank transfer, UPI, debit/credit cards and selected EMI options.
• For international packages, foreign-currency components may vary with exchange rates until full payment, and applicable taxes such as GST and TCS are charged as per prevailing government rules.

Travel documents and visas

Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits and health documents. We provide visa assistance support, but visa approval is at the sole discretion of the authorities and visa fees are generally non-refundable.

Changes and cancellations

Please see our Cancellation Policy. Itineraries may be changed due to weather, local conditions, supplier changes or events beyond our control.

Liability

8DOTS Holidays acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport and other service providers and is not liable for their acts or omissions, delays, or for events beyond our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
